The Korea Haiku Federation processes personal information only within the scope necessary for the following purposes. - Registration of haiku works, monthly selection, voting, journal submissions, and bulletin board operation
- Information on Federation activities such as notices, events, lectures, and newsletters
- Donation payment processing, payment error verification, and cancellation/refund request handling
- Inquiry reception, complaint handling, prevention of misuse, and securing service stability

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The Korea Haiku Federation destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. However, if retention is required under applicable laws or is necessary for dispute response, the information may be retained for the following periods.

7. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose processing purpose has been fulfilled is safely destroyed through internal confirmation procedures. Electronic files are deleted in a way that makes recovery difficult, and paper documents are shredded or destroyed by an equivalent method.
