Support payments made through the Korea Haiku Federation website are voluntary contributions intended to support the Federation’s literary activities and public cultural programs. Supporters may choose an amount shown on the website or enter a custom amount directly.

2. Purpose of Support Funds

• Support for Korea Haiku creation and research activities
• Development of the Korea Haiku archive and preservation of works
• Operation of lectures, events, and literary exchange programs
• Exchange with haiku writers and organizations in Korea and abroad
• Website maintenance, server operation, and security management

3. Payment Methods

Support payments are processed through the payment methods provided on the website. When external payment services such as KakaoPay are used, the policies and procedures of the payment service provider may also apply during payment approval, cancellation, and error verification.

4. Cancellation and Refund Standards

If there is a clear reason such as a payment error, duplicate payment, or mistaken support payment, please contact us within 7 days from the payment date. After verification, we will guide you through the cancellation or refund procedure.

6. Processing Period

When a refund request is received, the Korea Haiku Federation will review the payment details and the reason for the request, and process it as promptly as possible. However, the actual completion date of the refund may vary depending on the processing schedule of the payment service provider, card company, or simple payment provider.
