Part 1: Lecture — Secretary-General / Professor Ahn Su-hyeon, PhD in Literature

● Topic: Takahama Kyoshi (高浜虚子, 1874–1959): Objective Sketching (客観写生) and Poetic Celebration of Flowers and Birds (花鳥諷詠)

遠山に (To-O-ya-ma-ni) / On the distant mountain

Part 2: Moderated by — Director of the Secretariat / Professor Kim Suseong, PhD in Literature

  1. Identifying youth participants in Korea and abroad and expanding international networks
  2. Distributing posters and conducting intensive online and offline promotion
  3. Identifying partner and supporting organizations and strengthening the foundation for their participation
  4. Establishing a division of responsibilities among Standing Committee members and a Secretariat support system with the goal of securing 1,000 submitted works

● The Korea Haiku Federation seeks to broaden the aesthetic horizons of Hangul through the creation of haiku in the Korean language, transcending barriers of nationality, culture, history, and thought, and contributing to the creation of a more beautiful world in harmony with nature.
