Works and application forms are submitted online. Editing is restricted after the submission deadline.

Three-Stage Review

Nov. 1–Mid-Dec. 2026

A blind-coded review proceeds through eligibility screening, professional literary evaluation, and final award selection.

Results Announcement

Early January 2027

Award results are announced on the official website, with individual notices sent to awardees.

Publication & Festival Events

Late February 2027

Awarded and selected works are featured in the anthology, online readings, awards, and related festival programs.

Schedule Notice The schedule may be adjusted depending on festival operations and judging progress. Any changes will be announced in advance on the official website.

Before Announcement Before the announcement, the list of awardees and judging results will not be disclosed. After publication, only necessary information such as award title, work title, text, name, country, and division will be shown.
