Korea Haiku World Youth Festival 2026 is created through the collaboration of Korea Haiku Federation, the Organizing Committee, and partners in Korea and abroad. This page introduces the people responsible for the festival’s core planning and operations.

Overall festival planning, platform and system development, content planning and publishing, and operations

He designs the overall planning and operating framework of Korea Haiku World Youth Festival 2026 and is responsible for the development and operation of its online application, blind-review, and event-management platform.

He also oversees multilingual content planning and publishing, platform design, and data operations, developing the festival as a sustainable international cultural platform connecting Korea Haiku with young people and literary communities around the world.

As Secretary General, An Soo Hyun is responsible for cooperation with institutions and poets in Korea and abroad, international exchange, festival operations, and external communications.

An Soo Hyun connects haiku poets, cultural institutions, and participant networks around the world, supporting international cooperation and operations so that young people can meet across borders through literature.

Festival Planning

Designs the festival structure, operational direction, and the overall framework for online and international programs.

Platform & Systems

Designs and develops online submission, blind review, event-management, and data-operation systems.

Content Planning & Publishing

Plans multilingual content, festival publications, archives, and related editorial materials.

Operations Direction

Oversees the festival schedule, review operations, platform operations, and the overall execution framework.

Secretary General

Coordinates festival administration, internal cooperation, and the practical execution of overall operations.

International Relations

Builds networks with overseas haiku organizations and poets and advances international exchange and collaborative programs.

Festival Operations & External Relations

Supports festival operations and coordinates partner organizations, partnerships, publicity, and external communications.

Poet & Institution Liaison

Supports communication among guest poets, judges, participants, and cultural institutions in Korea and abroad.

Standing Organizing Committee

The Standing Organizing Committee supports smooth festival operations, participant assistance, publicity, and exchange.

Festival Operations

Supports application, review, event operations, and participant guidance throughout the festival.

Publicity & External Relations

Supports domestic and international publicity and communication with educational, cultural, and partner organizations.

Participation & Exchange

Supports exchange among young participants, guest poets, and partner networks in Korea and abroad.
